Returns & Cancellations
Since our products are made to order, we aren't able to accept returns or cancellations if you purchase the wrong size or no longer need what you bought. Bummer, we know. It's always a good idea to check the sizing charts and product details before adding items to your cart.
Replacements & Refunds
If an item arrived damaged, we're so sorry to hear that happened. Please tell us about it using the form below so we can make it right.
As long as you let us know about it within 30 days of receiving the order and you provide clear proof of the issue, we'll happily ship you a free replacement (standard delivery times apply) or refund the amount you spent to the original payment account. The choice is yours....
